Board Meetings and Approved Past Minutes Our board of directors meets on a quarterly basis( typically January, April, August, and November) with occasional special meetings in between. The meeting in April serves as our annual meeting and is when our officer elections take place. The public is welcome at our meetings. Upcoming Meetings
For more information on scheduled meetings, please email Steve Whiteman. Also, to learn more about what our organization has been and is currently working on, you may read our past meeting minutes. Draft minutes are posted shortly after each meeting (usually within 2 weeks), and do not become final documents until formal approval by the Board at a subsequent meeting.
